Halecrest Park Swim and Tennis Club is one of our top OC parks for events. Located in Costa Mesa, this is a family park and playground with several amenities including a large pool and tennis courts. There are many rooms for rental including the main clubhouse, back clubhouse, social room, and our favorite, the picnic grounds. We love this location because of its versatility, being an ideal location for both outdoor employee picnics and indoor holiday celebrations.
Ideal for Employee Picnics
The private and gated picnic grounds can seat up to 500 people and is the perfect place for company picnics and other outdoor celebrations. It has access to volleyball courts, horseshoes, half-court basketball, and a brand new children’s playground. You even have access to a large open area for carnival events or bounce houses as well as swimming pool, barbecues and fire pit.

They also allow us to bring in our own catering as well as alcoholic beverages of beer, wine, and champagne. Picture your upcoming picnic with unbelievable inflatables, an amazing live band, face painters, caricature artists, and amazing BBQ cooked on-site.
Full of Possibilities
While this is one of our favorite locations for company picnics, we also love it for indoor holiday parties and corporate events because of their Main Clubhouse facility. The perfect venue for company anniversaries, launch parties, and press conference, the Main Clubhouse has a brick fireplace, built-in bar, commercial kitchen, and can accommodate 250 guests.
