Pier 27 is a new venue that is located at 27, San Francisco Pier 33 to Alcatraz Island in San Francisco. This venue comes with a state-of-the-art, LEED Certified Gold rating structural design. The structural design of Pier 27 comes with some amazing features. There are two levels as well as an outdoor space with a combined area of 54,000 sq ft. Pier 27 offers a 300 to 3,000 capacity. These two levels feature structures made from a combination of glass, steel, and concrete. For example, you have floor-to-ceiling style windows at the City View area of the venue. Pier 27 also offers visitors a scenic view of the magnificent Coit Tower, the bustling Financial District, and the ever effervescent San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. For your convenience and protection, Pier 27 provides on-site janitorial staff as well as security.

The Upper Level Of Pier 27

Pier 27 has an upper level comprising of the City View and Bay View. If you want an ideal location for your private company parties, corporate retreats, trade shows, conventions, anniversary parties or holiday galas; then you can either rent the City View or Bay View separately or as a combined venue.

City View

Get a birds-eye view of landmarks on the city landscape like the Coit Tower, the Financial District, and the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. City View offers a 22,900 sq ft open floor space for rent. This open floor plan is perfect for product launch parties, employee meetings, milestone celebrations, and trade shows. City View offers full access to the balcony, a large number of restrooms, dynamic rigging points for production and a total of 23 monitors. This rented space area of City View can take 1,200 guests at a Reception, 900 Seated visitors, and 1,200 attendees to a Theater. Apart from an open floor plan, there are carpeted floors and floor-to-ceiling styled windows at City View.

Bay View

The Bay View open floor space on the upper level of Pier 27 has a total coverage area of 2,975 sq ft. This area may be rented separately or along with the City View open floor space. At Bay View, visitors have an outstanding view of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. The open floor space of Bay View is capable of housing 300 guests at a Reception, 125 Seated visitors, 138 students in a Classroom and a Theater audience of 230 attendees. The open floor space is fully carpeted, there are flexible rigging points for production, three installed monitors, a sufficient number of restrooms and access to the balcony.

Pier 27 Lower Level

At the lower level of Pier 27, there are two areas. The first is known as Embarcadero, while the second is called Treasure Island. The two parts have a combined coverage area of 23,650 sq ft.

Embarcadero

The Embarcadero is an open space ideal for hosting your corporate retreats, anniversary parties, meetings, and also large work functions like your team building event in San Francisco. It has a coverage area of 18,500 sq ft with a capacity for 1,000 guests at an organized Reception, 700 visitors Seated and 800 attendees for Theater.

This venue has concrete floors, industrial style open ceilings, flexible rigging points for production, and sufficient restrooms for your guests. At the Embarcadero your guests will have a great view of both the San Francisco and Bay Bridge skyline. There are also five floor-to-ceiling roll up doors which when rolled up will provide visitors with an astonishing view of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.

Treasure Island

The Treasure Island is a breakout room with a coverage area of 5,150 sq ft. This area can be used for holding corporate meetings, private company parties, and conferences. You can also host anniversary parties at this lower level venue.

Going Outdoors

Alcatraz

This outdoor location is aptly named after the infamous island prison that was home to several high profile criminals, notably Al Capone. At Pier 27, Alcatraz is an outdoor space with a total area of 13,000 sq ft. This location is ideal for supporting indoor corporate events. Alcatraz can be rented alongside other indoor areas and serve as a location for trade shows, product launch, anniversary parties, and other large work functions. Event Solutions will set up kitchen and catering tents in the Alcatraz outdoor space area and prepare sumptuous fresh meals for your guests right on site.
