Q. How do I book my event location?
A. You don’t. Here at Event Solutions, we can handle all the event location booking for you. Our location scouts can find the perfect venue based on your needs and make sure that we secure it for the day of your event. If you have a particular location in mind, we can work with the venue to make sure you get it for your event.
Q. What locations do you use for the events you plan?
A. Event Solutions has connections with most event locations and venues throughtout the United States. In California, we serve Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange County. We also have a headquarters in Dallas, TX and Las Vegas, NV. We can plan your next event virtually anywhere in the United States. Just let us know what type of event you want to have and where you are located, and we can find the perfect location for you.
Q. Do you have a list of event locations?
A. Yes. Our Event Locations page features many of our most popular location choices. However, the list is not exhaustive. If you have a different location in mind, just let one of our friendly event planners know. We can secure almost any location you want for your next event.
Q. What types of locations are available for my next event?
A. We have planned events at all types of locations. Your choices include beaches, parks, ballrooms, mansions, rooftops, museums, sports stadiums, and even studio back lots. Every city has its own unique selections, whether it’s the coastal vistas of Santa Barbara or the cityscape of Downtown Las Vegas.
Q. I want my event to really stand out. Do you have any unique event locations?
A. Absolutely. We have connections with the most exclusive venues, and we do our best to make each and every one of the events we plan special. We have hosted events at Los Angeles Center Studios, Redondo Beach Castle, Siren Studios in Orange, Santa Barbara Maritime Museum, and the Luce Loft in San Diego, parks in Dallas, TX to name just a few.
Q. Is there any area of the United States you don’t serve?
A. No, we offer event planning services to every corner of the United States. We have planned events from San Diego to Dallas, TX and from the skyscrapers of Downtown Las Vegas.
A. We can host events on-site at your offices or outside in the parking lot, or we can create a destination event at some of Southern California’s most breathtaking venues. It all depends on what type of event you’re throwing. Company picnics can be a blast right outside your office or in a nearby park, whereas a product launch may call for something a little more extravagant. To really blow your guests away, ask one of our event planners about our harbor yacht cruises or mansion parties.
Q. I already have an event location booked. Can I still use your event planning services?
A. Of course. Our event planners are here to help you make your event everything you want it to be. If you already have a venue booked, we can help transform it any way you want. Securing locations is just one of the services we offer.
Q. Are there seasonal event venues?
A. Not strictly speaking, but there are many locations that are better suited to certain times of the year more than others. Here in Southern California and DAllas, TX we enjoy almost uninterrupted sunny weather, so most outdoor locations are available for use year-round. However, we do take the weather into account when planning your event. For instance, we would never book your summer party in a historic venue without air conditioning. We pay far too much attention to detail for that.
Q. How far in advance do I need to book my event location?
A. Ideally, you want to contact us to begin planning your event a minimum of one month in advance. This will allow us time for our location scouts to find the perfect location for your event and make sure it’s reserved just for you. For more exclusive venues, more time may be needed in order for us to book you. The relative size of your event can also be a factor, with larger events typically taking longed to put together.
