The Majestic Halls was originally built in 1921 and occupies the former Los Angeles Bank of America building. Its beauty is regal and elegant and is a reminder of times gone by and the classic beauty of the early 20th century. Combined, The Majestic Halls is 20,000 square feet of event space and known simply as The Grand Halls, but that is broken down between the various halls and the mezzanine.
The North Hall is 4,900 square feet and can seat 160 guests for a sit-down dinner. It’s perfect for a luncheon, cocktail hour or special ceremony. The South Hall is much larger and is perfect for any event under the sun whether it is a picnic or full on the gala. It is 10,500 square feet and can seat 350 guests on the ground level and an additional 120 in the mezzanine or 800 for a cocktail party.
A marble staircase brings people to the majestic mezzanine level. It has an executive lounge and vaulted ceilings and is breathtaking to behold. It’s 4,000 square feet and can accommodate 120 for sit down dinner or 350 for a cocktail party. For a change of pace, the 7,180 square feet The Catwalk Hall has a more industrial décor with multiple levels. It truly sets it apart from the other event spaces at The Majestic Halls. It can seat 250 guests for a sit down dinner or 600 hundred for a cocktail party.
