About The Marvimon Facilities
The Marvimon was originally built in 1924 by a famous Italian race driver as one of the areas only automobile showrooms and was a later reinvented as a super loft for events and parties. The Marvimon is a green venue that is surrounded by natural California flora and gardens.
It’s a nature-lovers dream that uses both inside and outside event venues that complement each other. Some of the amenities of this party and event space include:
- 7,000 square foot of total event space including 4,000 square feet for the interior and 3,000 square feet for the vertical garden courtyard.
- Can accommodate 175 for garden events and parties, 175 for formal sit-down events, 250 people for a cocktail party and 100 person screening.
- Located near major freeways and only minutes away from downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood and Silverlake

The courtyard doors and many skylights help to create a naturally passive lighting system and cooling and heating system to limit electrical usage.
