Content & AV Makes Grand Unveiling

AV Used at Corporate Event in Los Angeles

When Weber Metals looked to unveil the largest press in the world, they chose us to plan, produce, and develop the concept. Instead of utilizing the typical curtain drop reveal, Event Solutions built a customized 40×40 ft seamless LED wall mobilized on a track. Additional pipe and drape ensured no peaking and kept the focus on the screen.

We worked closely with our partners and Weber Metals to create a one-of-a-kind video experience that took users through the story of Weber Metals, leading to the moment in time when the vault doors opened. As the nearly 3D ultra-real virtual vault opened, the actual screens parted, moving on the tracks to unveil the massive press.

Many AV, production, and content development went into this moment, and attendees were not disappointed. The video went viral online and won the Canadian Events Industry Award for Best A/V Design (see it here). Of course, this big event also had a pre and post-party!

As Seen on BizBash: This San Fransisco gala and conference was runner up in the 10th annual BizBash Event Experience Awards for Best Conference and the 2024 GALA award for Best Mult-Day Event.

It’s creative use of AV services transformed the massive venue into an ever changing experience.

Besides dozens of smaller elements the event featured a 18-foot-long and 6-foot-high tunnel of seamless HD panels, 3D holographic entrance, and 220 foot floating projection screen!

Additionally, interactive screens, projections, and AV services were used for the action stations to keep guests fully engaged with this innovative event!
