Event Solutions orchestrated a successful corporate meeting at the Langham Huntington for 800 sales staff of a major finance company. This included comprehensive travel and hotel coordination for international attendees, encompassing flight bookings, airport transfers, visa assistance, and accommodation arrangements.
For the event itself, Event Solutions managed a wide range of services:
- Event Website: Created a dedicated website for the event, providing attendees with all necessary information.
- RSVP and Communication: Managed all communication related to RSVPs, including handling hotel and travel requests.

It is a massive 61.1 acres and features generous parking options, large open spaces for inflatables and activities, multiple picnic reservation areas and even a speaker’s platform with permanent seating.

- Victory Park: This 24.6 acre park was created in honor of those who fought in World War II. It has three softball fields, one baseball field, a large flat, open field – all with lights.
