This included comprehensive travel and hotel coordination for international attendees, encompassing flight bookings, airport transfers, visa assistance, and accommodation arrangements.
For the event itself, Event Solutions managed a wide range of services:
- Event Website: Created a dedicated website for the event, providing attendees with all necessary information.
- RSVP and Communication: Managed all communication related to RSVPs, including handling hotel and travel requests.
