Denise Galbraith
Senior Event Planner
Denise is a highly skilled event planner who brings enthusiasm and excitement into every aspect of her job. With over 20 years-experience, she’s completely self-taught and has successfully developed and executed hundreds of events in Southern California. Her strengths are her attention to detail, organization and passion for what she does. Now living in Hermosa Beach, Denise enjoys playing beach volleyball and trying new restaurants with her friends.


Nikki Yep
Director of Operations
Nikki brings a wealth of unique experience, digital ingenuity, personable professionalism and fresh energy to the growing operations of Event Solutions. After graduating from the USC Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism, Nikki has been in the industry for over 6 year. A Hawaii native, now living in Culver City, Nikki infuses all her professional interactions with a warm tranquility that puts clients and vendors at ease.


Amanda Masick
Vice President of Marketing
Empowered with a degree in Industrial Psychology, Amanda brings both education and eight years experience as a web marketing consultant and SEO analyst to Event Solutions' team. Her favorite part of her career is helping businesses connect with solutions that further their company's goals while highlighting their individual values. She enjoys spending her free time exploring California's vast wilderness, gardening, and knitting.


Harry Haronis
Director of Food & Beverage
Harry brings his passion for food and service as well as over three decades of culinary and event planning expertise to the Event Solutions team. Harry came to California from his native Montreal where he discovered his love of food. Harry is a seasoned veteran of the Restaurant and Catering industry, where he has also passed on that experience as a professor of Catering and Banquet for Cypress Community College.


Mike Berg
Staffing Manager
Mike has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and started and continued because of his passion to help others. He believes in building long lasting relationships to create the trust needed to form a successful team. Outside of the office, Mike loves to spend time with his two twin daughters at the beach. With the lessons of being a father, Mike has been able to to become a more compassionate and intuitive person.


Tim Ward
Director of Entertainment
Tim started his career in the mid-80s as a camp activities director in the Angeles Crest Mountains near LA. He then went on to produce sport clinics and team building activities for dozens of groups in the Pacific Northwest. Throughout Tim’s journey, he has honed his gifts for helping people find social connection through goal accountability, life balance, and dynamic networking. In his free time, Tim enjoys time with his family surfing in San Diego and riding motorcycles.


Joscha Ramhorst
Director of Audio Visual/Lighting
Joscha helps create and design some of the most innovative and unique events in and around Southern California. He has over twenty years experience with corporate clients, major studios, product launches, marketing campaigns, and everything in between. Joscha brings his expertise in all design aspects and will help transform any space into something breathtaking. He believes visual aesthetics and good service are key to a successful event.


Tanya Soler
Production Designer
Tanya was born and raised in South America, and moved to the US to graduate from NYU with a degree in Drama with Dance as a minor. She has worked in the hospitality industry over 25 years serving as a manager of multiple nightclubs, large venues, and restaurants. Tanya loves to utilize her professional experience & creative flair to execute unique events. She has produced events of every caliber, giving her the experience to exceed client expectations.


Atenas Fiesco
Event Manager
Atenas has a strong background in hospitality and event management. As part of the team for over 4 years, Atenas’ secret weapon is her day-of trouble shooting. She has been involved in a variety of picnics and corporate events. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Atenas knows the city like the back of her hand. Her favorite theme is Winter Wonderland because she loves the beauty in an all-white event and how it feels like “you’re floating in the clouds”.


Melanie Ishida
Event Manager
Mel has been in the industry for over 8 years and has a passion for events and an eye for detail. Since starting with Event Solutions, she has been quintessential in large and small events such as a Corporate Conference at The Shrine for over 2,500 guests. Mel’s favorite type of events to work are Holiday Parties because of its extravagant food and design. Her favorite part of an event is seeing the smile on her guests faces.


Ryan Damian
Warehouse Manager & Fabrication
Ryan has been part of the Event Solutions team for over 4 years. With a strong background on building custom, handcrafted installations, Ryan is able to bring projects to life to create unforgettable experiences. He is very familiar with timelines and pre-event planning process. Ryan has a plethora of knowledge in design and keen sense of problem solving. When Ryan steps outside the warehouse, he enjoys traveling and trying new things.


Jennifer Karpeles
Senior Event Planner
Though she has traversed the world, Jennifer’s heart and home are in her native Dallas, Texas where she heads the DFW headquarters. She graduated with a BFA in photography from NYU and has spent the last 22 years immersed in the event industry. This experience has given her a unique insight into planning events. She prides herself on understanding different perspectives and connecting people to the solutions that matter most to them.


Aleina Radovan
Assistant Event Planner
Our newest member of the team is a recent Grad from Chapman University. Aleina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Advertising while interning for several event planning companies part-time. From her experience in weddings and social events, she brings creativity and a passion for design and décor. Outside of events, Aleina loves being at the beach, as it reminds her of her hometown on Oahu, Hawaii!
