Planning Onsite Events & Picnics

As restrictions are being lifted all over the country, life feels cautiously optimistic. We’ve had countless conversations with people just like you who are ready to start planning in-person events again. We’ve also been in constant communication with venues.

Some venues, sadly, will not be opening their doors again. Others are opening with strictly enforced restrictions such as lower capacity, proof of vaccination, and mask wearing to name a few (even after restrictions are lifted by government officials).

So when it comes to planning events for 2021 and 2022, you may find it difficult to find and secure a venue that meets your needs. Our event planners urge you to contact them right away to allow enough time to find and secure a location for you. And in the case of an inability to secure a location, there are still options for your event.

The first you are already aware of. Virtual or hybrid is always an option, and a good one too. After a year of being totally immersed in the virtual world, we have excellent engagement and production options for you.

If you have your heart set on an in-person event, we completely understand. We, too, can’t wait to meet you face-to-face. Consider planning an event and hosting it on site! We’ve planned and produced hundreds of onsite events, from company picnics to appreciation parties – even community events.

Your location can be transformed with pipe and drape, table/chair and tent rentals, and decor. We’ve even set up 40ft 4k LED screens for a grand unveiling like no other!

All of our catering can be done on location as well. Everything is brought to you. Imagine large double barrel oak burning barbecues, cotton candy machines, rides and more transforming your warehouse, parking lot or grassy area.
