Looking to have a HD quality event? Then you’ll need to be in close contact with our AV team. First they will evaluate your equipment and make recommendations. If you need higher quality equipment you have two options. The first is to have a gear package sent directly to your door. The second is to record in a local studio. Los Angeles and major cities across the country have studios equipped with remote controlled equipment (such as cameras) that require less people and allow more social distancing – making it safe to create quality content for your virtual event. Your custom AV team can include a producer, manager for sound, visual and staff as well as an experienced switchboard manager who will ensure your feeds transition smoothly from one element to the next. Or you can use only who you need allowing budget to go to other elements – such as promotion.

If you’re looking to take it to the next level, we can assist you with 4K cameras, XLR wired cardioid 20HZ+ mic, filters, lights and more. We can even assist in creating 3D content for VR based events! Video editing comes standard with pre-recorded “as-live” and “on-demand” events. If you’re already a pro and just need some additional support for your team or guests, we got you covered there too.

Technical

Our technical support does not end with the planning and production of your virtual event. We FULLY support your event, including guests, throughout the entirety of the event. We can even host your event post live and help you gain more viewers over a longer period of time. If your guests are having trouble viewing your event, we will be there to help troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution.
