The First Step in your Summer Planning
We suggest to start planning your summer celebrations as early as March or April as vendors, catering, and entertainment tend to book quickly. We have been throwing summer parties for over 35 years and have the experience to make your next summer gathering absolutely amazing.

Soak up the Sun and Celebrate Summer!
Once you have an idea of when you want to host your party, the next step is finding the perfect location. Do you want an outdoor or indoor event? Would you like to have your party at a park or beach? How many people will be attending? What is your comfortable budget? There are many different questions to ask and consider, and our team of event coordinators are specifically trained to help you find your answers. More importantly, they are trained to ask questions you weren’t even considering. For example, if you would like to have your next summer gathering at a park, do you have the appropriate permits? There is a lot of planning that goes on behind the scenes, and our job is to take care of it all!
Celebrate Labor Day with a less labor-intensive party! Partner with our professional planners for your company picnic or family fun day and be a guest at your own party. While your Labor Day party may not be until September, we start planning as early as April, May, and June to secure your venue and vendors before they are booked for the summer. We have 35+ years worth of fun themes, matching decorations and unforgettable family-friendly entertainment. Because we are a full-service event planning company, we can also cater your cookout (we’ll bring the wood-burning grill!) according to your theme or even the weather!
This 4th of July, let’s blow your guests away!
