Behr’s Virtual Fiscal Kick Off

Case Study

Behr Paint and Home Depot kicked off their annual sales and marketing meeting with a virtual party themed “Positioned to Win.” After many successful events, their 2021 annual company kick off was moved to a virtual setting due to safety concerns with the pandemic. Branded with their unique color scheme and slogan, they painted a bright future with a foundation in teamwork, integrity, and plain hard work. Throughout the event, a rowboat with the team mid-row graced the background with the slogan “Positioned to Win” above it. Though a simple image and concept, the message was a powerful one.

AltaMed’s Annual Meeting Kick Off

Case Study

AltaMed appropriately themed their company-wide meeting “All-Hands” and energized their 2,000 employees with a rockin’ luncheon mid-way through sessions. Fueled with good food and live tunes, they returned to their breakout sessions ready to learn, laugh, and live their dream jobs. Our Los Angeles Event Solutions rental team set up the entire event in an extraordinary way. This event included branded t-shirts and draw-string bags filled with informational packets, kickoff event branded swag, a scavenger hunt, and a detailed itinerary for the full day’s events.

Case Study

A Palo Alto SAP tech company kicked off their conference with a party that was unlike any other. Themed “Build Things that Matter,” these inspirations of the tech world envisioned a LED/blacklight futuristic party with entertainment that matched their innovative attendees. They crafted with light on a giant Lite Bright board for the world to see, played ping-pong against a LED light backboard, and battled for the coveted initials of “Top Score” on Pac-Man. No one left without a printout of the best build of all; a photo of them painting with light!

Mellanox’s Holiday Kick Off Party

Case Study

Mellanox kicked off the New Year with a New Year’s party and meeting combined. Themed “What’s Next” they celebrated their accomplishments while looking to the future for even better things to come. Perfectly paired, their logo colors blended seamlessly with blues and whites of the holidays. GOBO lighting projected their logo and slogan into moving snowflakes on all services from the floors, walls, and ceilings. Elegant and clean, this meld was a perfect blend to enjoy over iced cocktails!

EW Bank’s Celebrate Yourself Kick Off Party

Not all kick off parties need to have a particular theme. In fact, sometimes the focus is simply the company and its people. EW Bank is a perfect example of this. Their theme was simply themselves! Corporate and clean, their logo were displayed on paper centerpieces, ivy-covered walls, and an extensive LED background for the stage. Uplighting highlighted their logos and focused not on the frill but on the event’s goals to educate and gather their officers together for their meeting.
