Rancho Sol Del Pacifico can accommodate up to 450 people for a meeting or corporate event. The estate has a variety of event spaces to choose from, including a ballroom, terrace, and lawn.
The ballroom is the largest event space on the estate and can accommodate up to 300 people for a seated dinner. The terrace is a beautiful outdoor space that can accommodate up to 200 people for a cocktail reception. The lawn is the largest outdoor space on the estate and can accommodate up to 450 people for a picnic or barbecue.
The estate also has a number of smaller meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of different sizes.

The Theme: Water
Water is a major theme of Rancho Sol Del Pacifico. There is a blue bottomed freeform swimming pool, deep water koi and turtle pond, 3-tier fountain in the entry court and a 15-foot natural rock waterfall. There are numerous photo opportunities available including dozens of small water fountains dotted throughout the site.
There is also ample plant life and gardens that are continually blooming including bougainvillea and jasmine vines. Nature will surround your event and is a perfect backdrop for any function, like a work retreat or sales kickoff event.
The grounds also include a Greek-style amphitheater above a sunken tennis court (perfect for the greatest team building Los Angeles offers) and a lighthouse with a 360-degree view of the mountains and ocean. When NEOM contacted us to host a gala that reflected their mission of clean water for all, we took the mantle to craft the perfect, driving experience.
For their gala, we crafted a seamless experience that included a sophisticated culinary journey, from a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres to a seated three-course dinner featuring cultural influences. We turned a mezzanine venue in San Francisco into an underwater experience, with LED screens, branded vapor entrances, and even a living fountain stature.
The entertainment was meticulously curated to enhance the atmosphere, with a live violinist, a musical trio, and a captivating mentalist performance. Our attention to detail ensured every aspect of the gala created a seamless, on-brand experience that was unforgettable for all attendees.
