With over 10,000 square feet of versatile space, 440 Seaton is a spectacular venue for event production, including large-scale galas and unforgettable holiday parties. The venue’s industrial-chic “Great Hall” with its exposed brick and 50-foot ceilings provides a unique and stylish blank canvas. This urban warehouse setting in the Arts District is a popular choice for those seeking a dramatic and customizable backdrop for both sophisticated celebrations and corporate festivities.

Located on Exposition Park Drive, this world-class museum makes for an exciting choice when searching for event venues in Los Angeles. SMOGSHOPPE
Located at 2651 S La Cienega Boulevard sits an oasis in the middle of the city. It is impossible to believe this venue was once a smog shop in the 1980s and today is one of the most beautiful, hippest places to host events. Its lush plants and unique green gardens make it a hidden gem right in the middle of everything.
The generous floor plan can accommodate up to 175 people in the garden for formal sit-down dinners. It can also accommodate 250 people for cocktail parties and over 100 for film screenings. The SmogShoppe is in the heart of the Culver City art district, just minutes from Santa Monica, LAX, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Downtown Los Angeles. This location is perfect for a holiday party planner to host year-end events at.
COOPER DESIGN CENTER
This 11-story building blends Los Angeles history with a modern chic atmosphere in the heart of the fashion district. It is the perfect location for trade shows, private parties, VIP parties, and corporate events. With over 22,000 square feet of event space and remarkable downtown views, this fashionable venue inherently brings a sense of style.
USC’s South Park Penthouse
With panoramic, 360-degree views of Downtown Los Angeles from the 30th floor, the USC’s South Park Penthouse is a premier venue for high-impact corporate events and event production. The space, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor SkyDeck, offers a dramatic and sophisticated setting. Equipped with a built-in A/V system and a large projection screen, it is well-suited for professional presentations, conferences, and exclusive receptions, providing a customizable canvas for a variety of corporate functions.

UNION STATION
Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, Union Station opened in May 1939. This LA venue is the epitome of Southern California glamour, marked by colorful tiles, shady arcades, fountains, and towering palms. The station has been the site of numerous films and television shows and offers a unique setting for any event. Spaces include the Grand Ticket Concourse, the fashionable Fred Harvey Room, and the spacious south courtyard. These areas may be used alone or in tandem to create your perfect event.
THE SHRINE
The Shrine in Los Angeles, known for its historic Moorish Revival architecture, is a versatile venue that regularly hosts meetings and conferences in addition to its more famous role for concerts and award shows. Its attached Shrine Expo Hall provides 54,000 square feet of flexible space, often utilized for trade shows and conventions. With a total meeting space of 117,000 square feet and a seating capacity of 6,300 in the auditorium alone, the Shrine offers a large-scale setting for both business and celebratory events.

GRIFFITH PARK
The park covers over four thousand acres of land, making it one of the largest urban parks in North America.
