San Bernardino County’s 2025 Employee Appreciation Picnic

We transformed the vast 1,300-acre footprint of Glen Helen Regional Park into a massive, multi-zone “Appreciation Hub” for over 6,000 county employees and their families. Following the client’s morning 5K race, we engineered an immersive, 5-hour summer festival designed to eliminate logistical bottlenecks and keep energy high across the park’s expansive meadows.
