Room for More – Sales Meeting
An international bank chain chose Event Solutions to manage their hotel bookings as part of their full-service event package when hosting their sales meeting in Los Angeles. Room blocks were secured well ahead of time, with additional VIP suites added for executives. A custom RSVP service provided our event planners with the exact details needed to manage the logistics of hundreds of sales representatives arriving from all over the world.
They were even able to accommodate last minute arrivals and worked as a liaison for the client and hotel to secure special accommodations. With travel also included, our agency was able to produce a welcome cocktail hour in the lobby of the hotel to cover the range of arrivals prior to the event as well as shuttles (and VIP town car services) to and from the venue.
