Case Study

When Visual Concepts completed the creation of the NBA 2K video game, they partnered with our all-stars to manage the wrap party. With celebrities from the NBA in attendance along with 300 MVP employees, they knew the best chance to have a slam dunk party was in our court.

The event required a lot of specialty vendors to create the vision VC had for their event. We vetted and negotiated with third party vendors that upheld the strict values of VC and the NBA. Our corporate event planners then handled the management and on-site communication with the venue and multiple vendors, acting as the on-site liaison for VC. The end result was a true championship party!
