Case Study
Presenting to thousands of employees from a large stage is a big task; whether or not your CEO, management or c-suit leaders are natural speakers.
When AltaMed decided to have an all-hands meeting, they relied on our event planning company to produce it. Nearly 3,000 employees attended the event.
Dozens of presentations took place. Some smaller breakout sessions while the main sessions were held in the theater of The Shrine in Los Angeles. Case Study
This conference included 18 international VIPs and guest speakers.
The conference included a panel discussion with hand held mics that our switchboard operator toggled and piped to the booths of interpreters who translated into headsets provided to foreign guests.
