Fabrication for XOS

Case Study

Ready to see what your next event could look like? Event Solutions produced a product launch and brand activation event for XOS Trucks Fleet Week (and their partners) in just two weeks.

Designed around sustainability, this eco-friendly event drove sales and increased brand awareness for investors in Los Angeles and beyond. Reusable, branded stainless steel cups were provided along with guest’s choice from the swag bar. Guests could also create their own custom designed T-shirt with a variety of designs that represented XOS Trucks brand and image. Clever sayings such as “It’s Electric (Boogie Woogie Woogie!)” had investors laughing and wearing the swag for months after the event.

The activation event also featuring a 3D holographic entrance, a real version of the brand new engine (with XR technology to tour the inside workings), and a real life version of the software to test. The staged presentations and two kabuki drops were live streamed and filmed/edited for XOS Truck’s future marketing efforts.

Stunning Fabrication for Weber Metals’ Press Unveiling

Case Study

For the unveiling of their record-breaking, world’s largest pull-down forging press, Weber Metals contacted us to design and execute an unveiling as huge as their forging press.

This event took place in the reinforced Los Angeles warehouse that housed the 60K ton press, which we transformed into a truly dramatic atmosphere. For the grand reveal, we utilized a 40×40 LED system, the videos displayed on which took months to prepare.

After displaying a vault being opened, with smoke machines in back to further the dramatic effect, the LED screens parted ways to reveal the giant forging press. Check out the case study below, and see the video here to see it for yourself!
