NEOM is a company with a grand mission. Their state-of-the-art desalination technique has the potential to solve the world’s water needs for good. When the company decided to expand its lifesaving operations internationally, we were contacted to host an unforgettable press conference.

Our event coordinators completely decked out the San Francisco venue in LED screens featuring all things water and sea life. The entire venue was full of immersive experiences beginning during the gala and stretching into the press conference the following day.

Konami’s Game Demo Press Conference

Case Study

Konami Games contacted Event Solutions to coordinate their huge press conference for the release of their latest game, the acclaimed Metal Gear Solid V. This event was both an exceptional game demo as well as a conference involving international press, from across Europe, Asia, and South and North America alike.

This event was going to be huge! Our event planners set up 50 32″ LCD screens in their venue, hooking up just as many PS4s so Konami’s crew could upload their game demo.

Our crew also brought in some truly exceptional catering for this event. It was an all-day event, so our team catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner alike.
