Expert Management
There are 1,000s of small details to consider for every load-in of your event rental equipment and supplies. Details such as access point (up stairs or elevator, how wide/tall is the door/hall? Parking for staff and supply trucks? Electrical access points, staggering times for dropoffs, etc) Load-in sometimes all happens within the same day, other times we secure the location the day before – it all depends on the size, complexity and special considerations for the event’s specifics.
Strike is similar to load in, but in reverse. We have carefully cultivated special relationships with venues and event locations across the nation by our respectful approach to load-in and strike down. We like to leave the location in better shape that when we came, taking care to remove all traces of the event in a timely manner. This reputation is why businesses trust our team to produce events at their very own locations, transforming warehouses, parking lots and lobbies into extraordinary events.

Imagine this: a 40×40 foot LED screen on a track that slides open like vault doors to unveil the massive press behind it to an eager awaiting audience…Yep! We did that! The seamless 40×40 LED screen was built one foot at at time, each with its own wiring to connect, test and re-test.
Slowly the screen is built up with pipe and drape framing it. Additional special pipe and drape designed to block out light turned the Los Angeles warehouse into a theater for press, dignitaries and invite-only group of business representatives. This production was award-winning and went viral.
