Celebrate in Style

This past May, our event team helped a successful television production company, Phoenix TV, celebrate their company’s 15th anniversary with an over the top party for their 330 guests. 15 years of business is a huge accomplishment, and we believe that should be celebrated in a big way!

It was important to Phoenix TV to show appreciation to their incredible and loyal employees, while also showcasing their brand, and promoting their new offices and newly designed TV studio. That is why they chose to host their event right on-site, allowing our event designers to transform their beautiful new facility, creating an event space and an incredible party atmosphere.

Unforgettable Moments

When guests first arrived, they were greeted by our friendly valet and led to the red carpet to get their photo snapped at the step-and-repeat. Guests trickled into their new facility as the sunset, and employees were blown away by their custom logo backdrop and the orange and red hints in the chiffon draping. Talk about a transformation (see the pictures on Facebook)!

Corporate Events at its Best

The event started with a quick tour of their facility, which then transitioned into their celebration show. A ribbon cutting was done to start the program, led by their CEO that flew in that day from China! Our event coordinators created a custom stage, equipped with audio-visual, lighting, LCD screens, and pipe and draping, to create a professional and sophisticated backdrop for their ceremony. City and government officials presented awards to the executives of the company, and various speeches were made that acknowledged this amazing Mayday and all of the great people who made it happen.

It’s All in the Small Details

Our team brought in beautiful round banquet tables and linens for guests to sit comfortably while speeches and awards were given. Elegant floral arrangements sat on each table, bringing even more color and life into their event. Guests snacked on fresh baked pastries and tea while they enjoyed the company of their co-workers.

From Party Permits to Production

It is the small, but important details that make an event successful. Our event services included going down to the City of Irwindale and pulling all the required permits for a special event on-site. We had to get clearance from fire and safety, building safety, and the city of Irwindale. Our company set up each part of this amazing party, and we loved every second of it!
