Konami’s Game Demo Press Conference

Our conference management team had the honor of planning a major press event, over a two day period, for a digital entertainment company. An incredible company, Konami focuses on digital entertainment, health & fitness, and gaming systems through its operating companies. As part of their game demo, international press arrived from Europe, Asia, and South and North America. With people coming from all over the world to be a part of this game demo, our event coordinators knew they had to step up their game.

Audio Visual & Tech Needs

To launch their new game the right way, we brought in all AV rentals which included TVs and monitors, cables, and all their electrical needs. This event included the load in of 50 32” LCD Screens and hooking up PS4s the week before the event so Konami’s software team could upload and update software. The Art of Transformation

To transform their workspace, our event designers added pipe and draping to enclose the gaming area. This extra effort created an intimate seating area in the lawn outside in the courtyard. Sophisticated tall round tables and beautiful linens were brought in to create a beautiful event atmosphere.

Since Konami’s press conference was an all-day event, they served their guests breakfast, lunch, and dinner to make sure everyone stayed fed and happy. For the first day of lunch, guests enjoyed a BBQ menu, delicious carved sirloin, provencal chicken, penne pasta with a pesto cream sauce, green beans almondine, and a butter leaf bib lettuce salad for dinner. When it comes to event catering in Los Angeles, our company makes sure to provide delicious options that will please everyone. (Even our gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian friends!)

Keep Your Guests Happy

Guests enjoyed their breakfast, lunch, and dinner break in the courtyard then quickly went back into the event space to play, test, and explore the new video game. While guests played video games all day, our job was to keep the food coming and have it available throughout the event. The final day was a Fiesta Themed Dinner with fresh tacos prepared on-site and an open beer bar serving Corona, Tecate, and Dos Equis.

Thanks to our event coordinators stepping up their game, the end result was another very happy client leaving the event with a satisfied palate and a great experience.
