A Day (or Two) To Remember

On June 16th and 17th of 2015, we had the pleasure to create an exceptional picnic that won’t soon be forgotten. Spanning over two fun-filled days, over 2,000 employees of the Morongo Casino and their families arrived at the Yucaipa Regional State Park in San Bernardino County to attend a spectacular company picnic. The picnic included a ton of interactive games for both kids and their parents. Morongo featured face painting, bingo with great prizes, over two dozen giant inflatables, a professional DJ and more.

Creating A Casino Size Company Picnic

Our team set up the tents and canopies, registration booths for the games, tables, and chairs and coordinated the incredible family cookout with a full bar and beverage service. As you can see from the video, everyone had a total blast, and we look forward to working with Morongo Casino again soon.

Over the two days, our event planners took complete care of every last detail and handled every aspect of this amazing outdoor party with creativity and a strong desire to make everything run smoothly. And it did. Anyone passing by this event was probably wishing they were invited to Morongo’s event.

It All Comes Together

After planning and preparation all of those single pieces, we watch company picnic ideas come together like a puzzle and create a coherent, unified picture. A picture of success. Of employee challenges. Of exciting team building activities. Where employees bond and families come together.

With a bright sunny sky over Yucaipa Regional State Park over those two days, everyone left smiling and in a great mood. This event was a perfect example of what we do. That’s bringing people together and creating memories that will last a lifetime. This truly was a day to remember, not just for Morongo’s family, but for ours as well.
