How about the Premier Cook-Out Menu? All of our cookout menus are mouthwatering, but when we roll out the double barrel wood-burning grill, it sure stirs up some excitement.

Served from multiple buffet lines to avoid crowding, this buffet features lemon, garlic, and herb boneless chicken breasts, prime cut succulent tri-tip, and delicious veggie burgers on request for the vegetarians. There’s also our all beef hot dogs with a separate condiment station including ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, pickles, chopped onion, sliced onion, torn lettuce, sliced tomato, and sauerkraut.

Sides and Salads you ask? How about corn cobbettes, a fresh seasonal fruit display, a mixed green salad with vinaigrette and ranch dressing, freshly baked rolls and creamy butter? And that’s just the start. Ask our event coordinators about the many catering and menu choices available. Always fresh, always cooked on site.

Stations That Celebrate

Our staff will handle all the details for you. We’ll have separate registration stations on-site set up at each entrance. Each station will have a table, chairs, canopy, registration signs, name tags, and wrist bands provided by Event Solutions.

Two friendly attendants will be at each station to greet guests. They will give out name tags and goody bags. Here, your guests will fill out release forms for safety, and get ready to don their gold & silver.

For safety, we will have first aid stations provided as well as necessary items for outdoor picnics like sunscreen. Both your event captain and Master of Ceremonies also carry a complete first aid kit.

Team Building

We have both team focused picnics as well as a full-on Olympic team building theme. You decide what works best for you. Nike Running hosted a team building outing for their leaders complete with a paddleboarding competition and s’mores. For bigger teams, we suggest you go Olympic sized.

Go Olympic

We have no shortage of team building Olympics ideas your team will love.

The opening ceremony will include music and a torch lighting ceremony to kick off the day’s activities. Teams are selected and compete in any number of customized Olympic team building games and activities. Typically, we find that four events are perfect.

Your Olympic sports might consist of sack races, scavenger hunts, problem-solving activities, and relay races. Or, you may challenge teams to a sports-centric field competition. The choice is all yours!

Finally, a special medal ceremony is held on stage with themed music to celebrate the winners in true Olympic spirit!

Adrenaline Rush Obstacle Course

This unit features side by side obstacle courses with a double lane slide at the end.

Unit dimensions are 42′ long by 26′ wide. Includes (2) attendants for safety and a generator.

Olympic Competition Booth

Game participants will be able to review competition results, individual time slots, and game standings.

Station to include a 10 x 10 canopy, table with linen, and two attendants.

Colorful Center Stage Area with Olympic Décor

Your event will feature a professional disc jockey with a top-of-the-line sound system. The DJ will play a variety of party music.

The event decor around your outdoor space will include flags of the world and Olympic rings. Our DJ works closely with our entertainment staff to provide music and sound effects to complement every team building activity throughout the day.
