Old-Fashioned Themed Company Picnic
Summer is all about good weather, great food, and amazing people!
This past weekend we had the pleasure of throwing a company picnic for a global medical technology company.
It was held at the fabulous OC Great Park in Irvine, and employees got to sit back, relax, and enjoy themselves at their 1,000 guests old-fashioned themed picnic.
Registration
After guests first arrived and checked in at registration, they were free to run free and enjoy themselves.
Kid’s immediately ran to the “Fun Zone Area” where they could choose from airbrush artists, caricatures, and arts & crafts stations.
And right around the corner, there were double lane inflatable slides and three moonbounces to choose from.
Beer & Burgers
his was not just any ordinary picnic. Our classic company picnic theme includes an old fashion BBQ menu, old fashion charming decor, and good old-fashioned games.
Guests could choose between hot dogs, tri-tip, and the most popular item on our menu, our upgraded hamburger bar.
Guests enjoyed burgers with bacon, guacamole, assorted cheeses, grilled onions, and pineapple rings. And don’t forget the sides! Fair style corn, fresh potato salad, baked beans, and delicious coleslaw were all available.
Even better, guests could enjoy cool tap beer and wine to wash down their meal.
Great Games
This company picnic was a day filled with laughs, smiles, and an all-around great time.
One of the highlights of the day was our old-fashioned games, field competition zones, and our mega team building Olympic games.
Guests got to participate in a tug-of-war, water balloon toss, and three-legged races.
And if that wasn’t fun enough, there was a sports tournament of volleyball, dodge-ball, and soccer, where the winner won an excellent price at our awards ceremony.
One Great Day
t was an absolute pleasure for our Orange County Picnic Company to be a part of such a fantastic celebration.
