At the client’s headquarters, we created a warm autumn picnic based on Fall. Family. Fun. Guests enjoyed hayrides, a hay maze, pumpkin patch with 150+ pumpkins, petting zoo animals, and a festive pumpkin pie station with 24 pie pans—infused with cozy charm and seasonal engagement.

Company’s Halloween Picnic
As the kids start going back to school this month it’s time to start thinking about the fall picnic season.
Although we don’t officially set our clocks back until November, events like this need to be planned well in advance to ensure you get the location, the interactive games and the live entertainment you want.
Like this company, who started planning a company picnic months ago.
Fall Catering Ideas
When it comes to your catering options how about pulled BBQ beef sandwiches and BBQ chicken cooked slowly over oak wood?
Served with delicious homemade side dishes like a piping hot baked beans, fresh coleslaw, chunky potato salad, and scrumptious macaroni and cheese, no one will leave this picnic hungry.
Why not add delicious turkey legs and fresh grilled corn on the husk to that fall menu? Some of our special novelty items include fresh popcorn, sno-cones, cotton candy, and seasonal candied and caramel apples.
Fall Entertainment
Every event should include interactive games that both kids and parents can enjoy together. Fall events are no different. In fact, this is the time of year where we can have the most fun.
Some fun things to do include our cookie and cupcake decorating station.
Or a Halloween themed craft station where kids can decorate their trick-o-treat candy bags. Have you thought of having a costume contest on stage?
Our very own MC can coordinate the contest and be the judge. Maybe a pie eating contest is in order… for those who don’t mind getting a little messy!
And of course, pumpkin carving and decorating are always popular activities at our fall events.
Hayrides and Mazes!
We can create a giant, intricate hay maze for you and your kids to try and find your way through.
Or maybe you’d like to experience one of our hayrides where a tractor-pulled wagon escorts you through the woods and around your location.
You’d be surprised how many people have never gone on a hayride! Hayrides and interactive hay mazes are a blast for everyone.
We can bring you a petting zoo with sheep, goats, chickens, chicks, ducks, ducklings, rabbits, llamas, donkeys and mini ponies. Our live petting zoo is always an excellent choice this time of year.
Season of the Witch!
With a creepy mist swirling around your location and realistic props, we can create a most haunted, fun-filled event for you this fall.
Let’s build a giant hay maze for the kids to navigate their way around. Let’s have a horse-drawn horse and buggy giving rides to your guests.
Let’s bring the kids to a craft station to carve and decorate their pumpkins. We’ll arrange live marionette shows, fantastic hay rides, exciting costume contests and more.
