To plan and execute a spectacular, electrifying launch event for a new fleet of electric trucks and an app within an extremely short two-week timeframe, transforming a raw industrial space into an immersive brand experience.

To create a unique and engaging cocktail reception for 200 attendees following a shipping conference, while seamlessly integrating the DHL brand and a fun, Formula 1 racing theme

- Event Solutions partnered with DHL and Bright Partnerships to design custom fabrications, including a racetrack-styled entrance with checkered flags and a “In the Fast Lane” welcome booth. They utilized branded lighting and decor, and provided interactive entertainment with an F1 racing simulator to reinforce the theme.
