Las Vegas is known for its glitz and glamour, and this event was held in the city’s scenic Resorts World. BEHR wanted a truly unforgettable meeting. Not only did the agenda incorporate traditional meetings, but the event as a whole brought in excursions and other activities meant to engage and excite their team.

Coming from across the world, their team is always excited to see colleagues annually and reconnect, and BEHR wanted to ensure they had ample time to do so. BEHR values their team and always strives to give back to them.

Our team pulled up at the resort early, two days before the event.

We’d booked out the majority of conference space in the resort. Inside and out, the expanse was going to be the stage for this meeting.

Our team set up registration booths, LED screens, rigged AV fittings, and set up banners, tables, and table settings.

We stayed busy the entire time, making sure everything was perfect for the expected 1200 guests.

Arriving at the Resort

Leadership arrived early, convening at the hotel for dinner. They were treated to pasta and delicious entrees, all perfect to end a day’s worth of travel. Our team met them at the airport, leading them to the shuttles that would take them to the resort.


On the first day of the event, our team members arrived at the airport once more to greet the rest of the attendees. We held up signs, ready to lead them where they needed to go.

Smiling and clad in company swag, our guests followed us to our shuttles. Our destination management would handle every shuttle trip over the next few days, ensuring everyone got where they needed to go.


Lunch was ready at the hotel when they arrived. Sitting down for the meal, colleagues visited with each other. Teammates from across the continent caught up on work and life.

Meetings & Mingling

The day kicked off with concurrent team registrations and a meeting for leadership.

Attendees checked in at the registration booths we’d set up.
They grabbed the vivid red branded lanyards and their event badges.

Their lanyards read “Owning Our Success”, BEHR’s motto for this year.


Meetings punctuated the main agenda for the day. Sunday was rounded off with a welcome reception. Teams got a chance to mingle on the resort’s rooftop.

Overlooking the Las Vegas skyline, the view was incredible, and the mild breeze felt refreshing and energizing.


Meaningful Experiences

Monday kicked off day 2 of the event, and this day was set to be full of breakout sessions following a general all hands meeting. We had arranged a huge backdrop on the stage in the general sessions hall. Against a cherry red background, the motto for this year’s meeting stood boldly next to BEHR’s logo.

LED screens were affixed on either side of the stage, hanging from the ceiling. BEHR’s logo on a banner between the seat aisles served to bring the whole set together.

Breakout sessions ran throughout the day. There was also plenty of enjoyment through bonding activities.

At the Stain & Primer breakout session, live music played as attendees entered the space. Presenters demonstrated paints from their lines and then engaged the audience to try them out for themselves.

They got to paint canvases with BEHR’s award-winning paint, crafted through their own department. These hands-on demos brought a lot of smiles from attendees. It’s always great to get attendees active and playing in between sessions, so we love the inclusion of demonstrations like this.

Employee Awards & Poolside Fun

After the meetings came the employee awards, something everyone at the event was excited for. The awards ceremony started off with a banquet reception, followed by an awards dinner in the gorgeous Lily Ballroom.

The company gave out awards for employees’ skills and accomplishments, showing their team how much they are valued.

Post-ceremony, everyone was invited to hang out for a pool party, where a live band would play and snacks were served.


After the pool party, everyone retired to their rooms. They needed a good night’s rest before tomorrow, when the company would invite them all to several different corporate excursions running at the same time. Guests had chosen between activities, and our team would shuttle them to different locations to do different things.

Excursion Adventures

At 5:30 am our shuttles were ready for the guests to board. The excursions ran from high-energy to laid-back and relaxing, offering something for everyone in this multigenerational meeting. On offer, regular golf and visiting Atomic Golf, a Hoover Dam tour, an eBike adventure in Red Rock Canyon, and a hike in Red Rock Canyon.


102 guests boarded the shuttles early for the first golf game. This experience would take place at the picturesque Angels Park golf course. Colleagues mingled and conversed over breakfast served onsite at the course’s in-house restaurant.


The golf game took place on the vivid greens of the course, backdropped by the stunning striped hills of the Red Rock Valley. This activity allowed for laid-back networking to take place, as well as promoted team bonding over the game. Experiences like this to be great for any event involving an entire team.

Hoover Dam & Red Rock Canyon Tours

Meanwhile, the team still at the resort was served breakfast to fuel them for the day’s adventures. At 7:30, the team boarded our shuttles for the Hoover Dam tour. 82 attendees made their way to the iconic Vegas location.

The tour involved a history of the famous dam. The guests were able to board a platform on which they could feel and see the dam’s output and the generators onsite. After a guided tour, they were invited to go to the visitor’s center for a self-guided section.


The eBike tour in Red Rock Canyon began with the attendees boarding the shuttle. 50 in total, this group took their electric bikes out for an incredible ride on the Red Rock Canyon’s Scenic Drive. This 13-mile trail is breathtaking, winding through the ruddy canyons.

The team enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine, having time to bond together in nature.

Hiking, Golfing, & Stadium Tours

At the same time, 41 guests departed to hike Red Rock Canyon. The Red Rock Canyon and its adjacent Calico Hills have plenty of hiking trails, ranging from moderate to challenging. The guide for today’s excursion chose a trail based on the overall group, to ensure everyone could participate and enjoy the day.


At 8:45 AM, 100 guests shuttled to Atomic Golf on Main Street in Las Vegas. The activities for the day were all golf-inspired. The games were high-tech, from target practice to long-drive contests, and each challenge was measured through technology. Golf balls were automatically dispensed as guests queued up to try their hands at the competitions.


At 9:00, guests boarded the shuttle heading for the Allegiant Stadium tour. After touring the field, the locker rooms, and more, they played indoor lawn games together. They laughed and mingled over foosball, cornhole, and Jenga, making great memories in an iconic location.

Wrapping Up the 3 Day SKO Meeting

When all the guests returned, they were treated to a team lunch at the poolside. This pool party would continue until nightfall, making the most of the final full day of the event.

Colleagues enjoyed each other’s company, whether it was networking or singing their hearts out in karaoke. The DJ pumped music throughout the event space.

The next morning, the team met in the resort’s Perdana Garden for breakfast to-go.Bidding each other farewell with smiles, handshakes, and hugs, the team gathered their luggage and swag and boarded the shuttles.

Watching as they left, we knew we’d done our job, helping this team create memories and connections to last a lifetime.
