Immersive Main Stage Production
The General Session served as the heartbeat of the SKO.
We engineered a massive 90.3′ wide ROE GP2.6 LED Wall, driven by Barco E2 Gen 2 processors to create a seamless 4K canvas for Behr’s marketing vision.
The audio landscape featured a 20-box JBL SRX910 Line Array system, ensuring every executive keynote resonated with crystal clarity throughout the ballroom.
Tech-Driven Networking
In the fast-paced environment of a Las Vegas conference, efficiency is paramount. We implemented a new tech suite featuring QR code-integrated lanyards.
This allowed for frictionless check-ins and empowered 1,200 guests to exchange contact information instantly, turning every coffee break and food and beverage session into a high-value networking opportunity.
This way of incorporating technology into a corporate event ensured that from check-in to meetings, everything ran smoothly.

What are JoyJars? Inspired by 12-year-old Jessie Rees, who fought brain cancer with a mission to “Never Ever Give Up,” JoyJars are vessels of hope hand-packed with hospital-approved toys and activities.
The Integration: Clad in company swag and energized by the conference motto “Own. Grow. Win.,” 1,200 attendees from across North America gathered at professional “Joy Stations” on the event floor.
Multi-Regional Breakout Strategy
Precision didn’t stop at the main stage.
We produced five distinct breakout environments, each equipped with dedicated Blackmagic Studio 6K camera packages and 5K projectors.
This allowed regional teams to deep-dive into sales strategies without losing the high-end production value of the general session.
