CSI’s 25th Anniversary Party
Keeping a business running and successful is hard work. When you keep it going for 25 years, now that’s something! CSI, one of the top electrical engineering companies in Southern California, just celebrated their 25th anniversary and wanted to celebrate this milestone with an over-the-top party.
They reached out to our company to make it happen and were up for the challenge.
You couldn’t tell, but everything was set up in CSI’s very own parking lot. CSI wanted their guests to feel like they were at a celebration, not their office.
So our event designers brought in valet and a registration station to greet their employees the right way. As guests arrived, a musical trio welcomed them, as they looked over their company’s event timeline, and watched terrific moments from the inception of their business to CSI today.
It’s All in the Small Details
A stage and PA system was brought in where the CEO and other executives made speeches to congratulate the company, as well as to thank employees for their hard work and loyalty.
Our client was proud of their 25 years of achievements and employees were grateful to work at such a prestigious company.
To make sure CSI’s event went perfect from start to finish, our event team worked hard, focusing on all essential details both big and small.
To make sure we were prepared for anything, even Southern California’s finicky weather, we set up a large 40’x50’ tent with clear walls in case of rain.
We even added fabric swagging to create a beautiful ambiance. Tables were decorated with festive centerpieces, with blue, white, and orange hints to match their company logo colors.
Delicious Corporate Catering
Once guests arrived and speeches were made, guests could snack on displayed Hors D’oeuvres at two different stations in the tent.
Guests enjoyed:
- marinated skirt steak skewers
- torta rustica
- grilled shrimp spring rolls
- caprese skewers
- chicken lettuce cups
- imported and domestic cheese displays
- mini-cheeseburgers
- Korean BBQ skewers.
And if that wasn’t enough, a premium gold bar, dessert, and hot coffee were served.
CSI’s event was equally as fun to plan as it was to attend. We loved working with CSI, and we hope to plan many more events with them in the future.
