Delivered
We transformed Bonelli Park into a charming, old-fashioned picnic for 800 guests. Attendees enjoyed classic games like tug-of-war, water balloon toss, and apple bobbing, followed by delicious BBQ, face painting, inflatable slides, live music, and candid photography—all delivered with thoughtful décor, safety, and spirited engagement.

Fun & Food at Bonelli Park
This past Saturday it was our pleasure to throw a corporate fun-day for an awesome electrical company located in Orange County.
They decided to bring their work families together with an old-fashioned employee appreciation picnic.
What better way to thank their 800 guests for their loyalty and hard work than with great food and fun games!?
About CSI’s Company Outing
CSI Electric chose to go with Bonelli Park in San Dimas, CA for their picnic venue.
When guests first arrived, they were personally greeted by our event managers at our huge canopy registration tent.
They even had a full security staff for extra privacy and safety at their private picnic event.
The Day Of
Our photographers were waiting at the entrance to snap pics and were spread out throughout the park, taking awesome candids of the day.
After guests were done with registration, they had the option of participating in our old fashioned picnic games, enjoying our delicious on-site BBQ, dancing with our DJ and a live band, or getting their face painted or airbrushed.
The kids also enjoyed our incredible inflatables and slides. I think it’s safe to say that the company picnic games made a splash with the kids!
Team Building Games
The best part about the day was for sure our interactive and engaging old fashioned picnic games. Our staff even had a blast just watching!
To go with their old fashioned picnic theme, they chose to have a classic water balloon toss, tug-a-war game, watermelon eating contest, apple bobbing, egg toss, and so much more!
These activities were perfect for their family-friendly fun-day and a great way to bond their employees and boost company morale.
CEI Electric really wanted to thank their employees for all of their hard work and loyalty and it was awesome to see their employees having so much fun.
Overly Inflated Fun
When guests were exhausted from all of our picnic games, they could go enjoy our live band and DJ or get their face painted or airbrushed.
Our band was an absolute hit, paying the hottest cover songs, and it was so fun watching all the kids and employees dance.
We also loved watching all the kids run free and jump on our insane inflatables and slides, with their faces cutely decorated.
Fantastic Food, Beer & Wine
A picnic isn’t complete without delicious food! This company made it very clear from the get-go that the catering was important.
They chose to select our on-site BBQ menu which included tri-tip, grilled chicken, hamburgers, and hot dogs, that was all grilled on our half-barrel oak wood BBQ grill.
And don’t forget the sides! Guests enjoyed baked beans, grilled corn, fresh potato salad, and yummy coleslaw.
To wash it all down, guests also enjoyed beer and wine provided by Event Solutions.
Set the Stage for Magic
Our staff really focused on the small details to make sure that this old fashioned theme picnic was executed perfectly.
All of our tables was covered in red and white checkered table clothes with gorgeous sunflowers inside of charming mason jars. We also brought in barrels of hay, cute baskets, and awesome centerpieces.
We’d like to think that our event planners help set the foundation for companies to have magical things happen at their events.
Staff picnics and company outings are where employees become leaders and their children are groomed to become the next generation of executives, like this young man pictured here.
Our Favorite Part
Our favorite part about being event planners is watching all of our guests with smiles on their faces having a great time.
We sincerely feel so honored to do what we do and it was an absolute blast working with this amazing company.
