Event Solutions served as the primary North American engine for Tourism Ireland’s 2026 Sales Mission, managing a complex logistical relay across four major markets in four days. From the “Stoutie Experience” in Chicago to the historic halls of DC’s Meridian International Center, we provided seamless event production, synchronized AV, and curated food and beverage, bringing the Emerald Isle to life for nearly 300 elite guests.

The mission demanded a “seamless thread” across different venues in D.C., Chicago, Raleigh, and Philadelphia.
In Chicago, we leaned into the industrial-chic vibe of the Guinness Open Gate Brewery, while in Raleigh, we transformed the Melrose Knitting Mill with mahogany Chiavari chairs and high-boy networking pods.
Our team ensured that whether a guest was in a D.C. manor or a Philly landmark, the event marketing and branding—from the automatically rotating slide decks to the interactive digital quizzes—felt consistent and high-end.
Culinary Innovation & “The Stoutie”
We curated menus that blended Irish tradition with local flair, a delicious way for Tourism Ireland to leverage this event for marketing.
Raleigh: A sophisticated Meat and Cheese Grazing Table served as a centerpiece for evening networking.
Chicago: Featured “Miniature Boxtys” and the famous Stoutie Experience, where guests saw their own images printed on a Guinness head.
DC & Philly: Signature McConnell’s specialty drinks anchored the bar, paired with tray-passed Guinness beef sliders and Dublin Coddle bites.
Technical Precision & Networking
To facilitate the “Industry Pitches,” we deployed robust AV kits tailored to each room’s acoustics.
In Philadelphia, we utilized 86” LED TVs and a QSC K12 sound system to ensure the Tourism Ireland luxury video and partner presentations resonated with clarity.
This event was a great example of using AV and production services to boost marketing at events. Each event was built around 2-minute high-impact pitches, where our A1 engineers managed a seamless hand-off between MCs and over 20 different travel partners per night.

Engagement & Entertainment
The “Best of Ireland” isn’t just about business—it’s about the soul of the country.
We booked local talent like Jenn’s Duo (Harp and Violin) to provide a sophisticated acoustic backdrop.
To close out each night, we managed a high-energy, interactive digital quiz via myquiz.org, complete with countdown music and live prize presentations, a great way to improve networking at business events and make the day a spirited celebration.
The Results
The four-day mission resulted in a high-density network of new business leads for Tourism Ireland’s partners, with all technical and catering logistics executed flawlessly across state lines.
