Immersive Design & Logistics
Navigating a crowd of 10,000 requires precision. We deployed a fleet of custom golf carts to bridge the vast distances of Glen Helen Regional Park, ensuring accessibility for all guests.
The entrance featured four high-speed registration booths equipped with iPads, transforming a potential bottleneck into a streamlined, welcoming experience.
Our friendly registration team greeted guests as they entered the park after the client’s 5K race. After cooling down with iced water, they were led into the picnic for a welcome speech before the festivities began, and refreshments were served.
Food & Beverage
Classic summer comfort was served at a massive scale. We curated a “Gourmet Grill” experience featuring 6,000 servings of high-quality hot dogs and veggie dogs, complemented by a loaded condiment station.
To beat the June heat, guests enjoyed unlimited lemonade and nostalgic Ice Cream Novelties.
Lunch was cooked by our amazing catering team over woodsmoke onsite, ensuring guests ultimate freshness and flavor.
Once they’d had their fill of hot dogs and sides, the attendees were welcome to try their hand at many games and activities.
Entertainment & Activations
The park was divided into specialized zones to ensure every guest found their “WOW” moment:
The Car Show: A curated display of vintage excellence that captivated guests of all ages.
The Extreme Zone: High-speed thrills on the 85′ Boot Camp Obstacle Course and Tropical Dual Lane Slides made for heart-pounding fun.
The Sports Zone: Friends and colleagues faced off in the Double Hoop Shot and Inflatable Axe Throwing for some friendly competition.
The Spirit of Competition
The heart of the day was the Field Game area and the Kickball Tournament. Whether it was a laughing guest diving into a water balloon toss or departments battling for the gold on the diamond, the energy was electric.
The county’s annual kickball tournament is always a huge draw and a huge hit as well. 13 teams of county employees from across departments faced off in this incredible competition. Up for grabs weren’t just medals and prizes, but water cooler bragging rights. This team building activity promoted cross-department bonds and helped connect employees.
