The
Experience
Inheritor Cell Technology
Inheritor Cell Technology celebrated the grand opening of its first location in the United States on March 9.
Partnering with Event Solutions, they wanted their ribbon cutting ceremony to camera ready – after all a very distinguished guest list included:
Congresswoman Judy Chu, Assembly Member Edwin Chau, Mayor Sho Tay, Representative Barrera on behalf of Senator Susan Rubio, LA County Representative Jimmy Wu, President of Jinguo Committee, Zhang Sujiu, Dr. Thomas Vangsness of the prestigious Keck Medicine of USC and Director Zhang Sujiu of The Consulate-General of People’s Republic of China in LA.
The press were also in attendance to cover the event along with the hard-working, world-changing employees of Inheritor Cell Technology Inheritor Cell Technology (ICT)

A Great Facility
The indoor entrance photo area required only a highly skilled professional photographer and a balloon arch in corporate colors of blue, silver, and white.
Professionally printed signage welcoming guests provided direction to registration and a schedule of the day’s event.
Registration was set up at the front desk where four staff members checked guests in and handed out name tags.
The Venue
The grand opening began with tours of the new facility, where so many lives would be changed forever with the stem cells. The air was palpable with the hope for the future.
Guests returned to the main event are to watch a video on the incredible things happening in Arcadia, California and enjoy refreshments from the bar and hand passed hors d’oeuvres.

The Color of the Future
The room was decorated with eight tall cocktail tables, covered in crisp white linens and topped in a hydrangea centerpiece.
A 100 feet of white pipe and drape soaked in the blue lighting and separated the reception area from the rest of the offices, keeping the focus on the stage.
Video Presentation
Following the clip on the 65” LED screen, guests were able to hear directly from the heart of ICT.
Set on four by eight foot skirted stage with extra AV support, mics with an upgraded step-n-repeat in the background and 40 foot long branded ribbon in the foreground.

Just One Cut Won’t Do
Blue uplighting worked to set the mood as the speakers warmed the guests and implanted hope for the future of ICT and stem cell research and development.
So when it came to cutting the ribbon, one pair of giant scissors was not going to “cut it”. With so many people taking key parts in changing the lives of hundreds of thousands, we knew that the ribbon would need more than one slice.
Instead, ten of the top contributors were selected to hold silver ceremonial scissors. In the center, President and CEO Kevin Yu and VP Cathy Cheung shared the large scissors while eight other key members participated at their sides.
The custom printed branded ribbon was clipped to the sound of camera shutters followed by joyful applause from the crowd.
Making History
Making history sure stirs up an appetite! Participating guests were invited to a prepared lunch where excited conversations filled the room.
This was one work week everyone was excited to get started! The grand opening made international news.
Like the stem cells they work with, this company is a special, one-in-a-million that we are proud to have partnered with.
