We executed a complete industrial-to-glam conversion, masking warehouse shelving with elegant velvet draping and immersive lighting to transport guests into a mid-century desert paradise. The evening hit its peak with a high-energy Big Band performance that kept the dance floor packed under a custom-branded ceiling canopy of light.

Immersive Design
The entrance set the tone immediately: guests arrived to a 50ft ivory carpet lined with gold stanchions and turquoise velvet swag. Once inside, the industrial warehouse vanished, replaced by:
Themed Lighting: 80 wireless uplights & custom GOBO projecting through the room.
Retro Accents: 8ft ornate gold columns & silk palm trees flanking the stage & step-and-repeat.
Unique Florals: Abstract centerpieces featured a horizontal spread of orchids & palm leaves, offering a modern twist on Old Hollywood luxury.
Food & Beverage
A tiered culinary journey began with cocktail hour and transitioned into a grand buffet:
Tray-passed Appetizers: Short Rib Bite Sundae, Pear & Fig Flatbread & Sweet Thai Chicken Skewers hand passed by staff.
Displayed Appetizers: Caprese Skewers, Traditional Bruschetta & Sushi Platter.
Main Buffet: Sage Roasted Chicken & Herb Crusted Roast Beef accompanied by Boursin mashed potatoes & grilled baby vegetables.
The Bar: A hosted wine & beer service featuring Salmon Creek Sonoma selections & premium craft beers served from 12ft portable skirted bars.
Dessert Station: An expansive spread including mini macaroons, pumpkin cheese bites, & mocha crunch bars.
Entertainment & Activations
The atmosphere was electric from the first moment to the last:
The Welcome: Costumed Flapper Girls in feather headdresses greeted guests for photo ops at the grand entrance.
Main Stage: A 13-piece Big Band and live vocalist performed under a champagne velvet “sunset” drape treatment, filling the warehouse with brassy, classic sounds.
Interactive Fun: Two Green Screen photo booths with custom themed backgrounds and professional handwriting analysts provided unique, personalized keepsakes for every guest.
Late Night: A professional DJ took over the 24’x24′ dance floor to keep the celebration going after the band’s final set.
