One such extraordinary occasion was the tenant appreciation event we organized for our esteemed client, Lincoln Property Company.

This gathering was a vibrant celebration of summer held on the luxurious rooftop penthouse in Beverly Hills, CA, on September 7, 2023.

Lincoln Property Company, known for its dedication to its tenants and community, entrusted us with the task of creating a Polynesian-themed extravaganza that would truly delight its 350 valued tenets. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect of the event reflected the spirit of Aloha, transporting attendees to a tropical paradise.

The event kicked off at noon and lasted until 3:00 pm, perfectly capturing the essence of a sun-kissed Polynesian afternoon. An on-site event manager from Event Solutions flawlessly coordinated the entire event, paying meticulous attention to detail. The setup featured multiple buffet lines to ensure a smooth flow, offering delectable options like BBQ Prime Cut Succulent Tri Tip, Asian Barbecue Chicken, and even Veggie Burgers for our vegetarian guests.

A Polynesian Paradise

To complement the scrumptious menu, we curated a mesmerizing Hibiscus Entertainment Package. This captivating performance featured three Polynesian dancers, a skilled musician, and a sensational fire knife dancer, who together, mesmerized the audience with traditional dances from Tahiti, Hawaii, and New Zealand. The show was a true spectacle, embodying the essence of Polynesian culture and leaving everyone in awe and engaging with the audience.

The event space was adorned with vibrant Polynesian-inspired décor and an exquisite buffet presentation, showcasing the creativity and expertise of our designers. Our event production team ensured that the ambiance aligned perfectly with the theme, with turquoise, yellow, and orange hues dominating the color palette, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.

Unforgettable Experiences

At Event Solutions, we believe in leaving no stone unturned when it comes to guest satisfaction. Our rental arrangements included tables, chairs, serving equipment, and even a dedicated staff to ensure a seamless experience. The event staff, meticulously attired, arrived early at 8:00 AM to set the stage and deliver a flawless tenant appreciation event.
