The
Experience
Destination: Annual Meeting
ADP, Automatic Data Processing, is an international payroll, HCM and outsourcing company based in America. Annually they hold a corporate meeting at several locations throughout the United States.
Based in Phoenix, AZ they needed a national destination management company, like ourselves, to produce their corporate roadshow to ensure their leadership is provided with similar interactive and immersive experiences during their annual meeting, no matter which location they hosted them at.
City, State
ADP decided on several cities to have their annual meetings. Stamford, CT, Boston, MA, San Francisco, CA and Los Angeles, CA were to be the locations.
The first task our destination event managers set out to do was secure a venue at each location that would serve as inspiration for their leadership meetings.

Stamford, CT Venue
Stamford, CT offered a number of great choices but ultimately The Barrel Room at Third Place at Half Full Brewery was selected for its homage to industry style and open floor plan.
Its location in Stamford also played a part, as it would be accessible for those attending the corporate annual meeting. It is a beautiful venue for a variety of events with exposed wood ceiling beams, clean brick walls, and transformative abilities.
Boston, MA Venue
For an immersive experience in Boston, MA, Banners Kitchen & Tap Topgolf Swing Suites was an obvious choice venue for a corporate event like this. Comfortable lounges, interactive virtual games, this venue stimulates social interaction unlike any other in Boston.
San Francisco, CA Venue
Destination events in San Francisco, CA are always fun to plan for us. After all, San Francisco is the backyard of our hometown roots. If you are going to plan an inspirational and immersive experience for your annual corporate meeting, booking a venue in the heart of Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, is the way to go.
We contacted our friends at The Gotham Clubhouse and secured the date.

Los Angeles, CA Venue
We produce a lot of Los Angeles destination events for businesses. In fact, we are rated as the top corporate planners in Los Angeles thanks to the incredible network of professionals established there. Yamashiro Hollywood is one location we are proud to work with. For ADP, we secured the Sky Deck with its legendary views of the Hollywood hills.
Similar Tastes, Different Locations
Corporate roadshows require similar experiences spanned across several locations while still inspiring the guests unique to the area. To accomplish this, each event would include experience that engaged and expanded the minds of its guests.
For starters, hand-passed appetizers, action stations and displays that would please the palates as it appeals to the individual appetite of the area. Pictured here, the Bacon Clothesline from Boston’s meeting.
Stamford Catering
For Stamford’s corporate event, their hand passed appetizers included Philly Cheese Steak Egg Rolls, Meatballs with guava BBQ, Coconut Shrimp with XR aioli and Veggie Spring Rolls with sweet chili sauce. They were also catered Grilled Beef Skewers, Chicken Parm Slider, Bang Bang Cauliflower and Carnitas Tacos
Boston Catering
Catering to Boston, however, would be Yellowfin Tuna Tacos, Banners Cheeseburger Sliders, and hand-passed Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese Croquettes. A gourmet displayed station also included Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib, Coriander-Encrusted Crispy Chicken, Basil Gnocchi, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Roasted Root Vegetable Confetti all made with locally sourced ingredients where possible.

San Francisco Catering
San Francisco catering requires a step above the local with Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini, Skirt Steak Yakitori, Blue Mini Burger, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Chimichanga with avocado crema. Hungry yet?
Los Angeles Catering
Down in Los Angeles, our catering company provided tray passed hor d’oeuvres with Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice, Manchego Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Dates, Wagyu Wrapped Asparagus, Vegetable Fried Spring Rolls and Caprese Skewers. On display we provided an assorted sushi, rolls and nigiri station and a separate cheese and charcuterie station.
Immersive Roadshows
All four locations included a bar featuring beer and wine with professional led wine tastings. To keep the experiences similar, live music was also included at all four events as well. To create the immersive experience at each location, an interactive entertainment was planned for each.
Stamford’s meeting attendees experienced slight-of-hand from a mind boggling mentalist. Boston guests experienced the Top Golf virtual games stimulation. Back on the West Coast, San Francisco guests got to experience a tour of Oracle Park and a meet and greet with Lou Seal the mascot of the San Francisco Giants! To keep true to the Asian-American flare of the Los Angeles Hollywood location, Origami Artists and Handwriting Analysis wowed the meeting attendees.
It is annual events like these that make company’s attractive for high-quality talent pools. We thank ADP for trusting us to be such a big part of their annual corporate meeting and look forward to seeing all of your attendees again next year!
