This zone featured the main, scheduled activities designed to build excitement and interaction:
Adrenaline & Adventure: Guests challenged themselves on the Extreme Rush Obstacle Course, the 17’ Dual Lane Dry Slide, and a 3-person Rock Wall with auto belays.
Deluxe Field Games Competition Zone: Structured games led by our professional Host/MC included Javelin Throw, Paper Airplane Contest, Shotput Throw, and Spoon Races, complete with prizes and Bingo for the whole group.
Activations & Keepsakes (Experiential & Self-Led)
This area provided continuous, engaging activities and personalized takeaways for all ages:
Photo Opportunities: A custom 20’ Balloon Arch, 6 Balloon Columns, and 2 Open-Air Photobooths offered unlimited prints and immediate digital downloads.
Artistry & Keepsakes: 4-Airbrush Face Painting Stations, 4-Caricature Artists, and 4-Balloon Artists provided personalized mementos.
Inflatable Sports Arena: Fun, drop-in challenges like the Lumberjack Throw Inflatable Axe Throwing, Inflatable Football Game, and the Sports 3-in-1 (Football, Basketball, Baseball toss).
NFL Zone
We created a dedicated “NFL Zone” to ensure no one missed the Sunday action:
A 20’x20’ Canopy with sidewalls and comfortable White Padded Chairs provided a premium, shaded viewing experience.
4-75” LED Screens on Truss and Soundbars broadcast four live NFL games simultaneously (Chargers/Dolphins, Rams/Ravens, Cowboys/Panthers, Browns/Steelers at 10:00 am kick-off).
Design & Decor
The venue was instantly transformed with vibrant decor to set the energetic tone:
Essential comfort was ensured with 25 Seating Kits (round tables, linens, umbrellas, and chairs) for 200 guests, plus additional high-boys and canopies for artists and vendors.
Custom 20′ Balloon Arch and Balloon Columns to mark the entrance and key zones.
Theming was enhanced by multiple inflatable carnival booths for classic games and a bubble machine.
THE RESULTS
The event was a massive success, delivering a full-service, high-value appreciation day that resonated with all attendees, resulting in a significant uplift in post-event employee feedback on company culture and engagement.
