Experience
A Grand Opening with a Personal Signature
Every engagement is different for us at Event Solutions. Each event, whether grand or intimate, is an incomparable experience. Earlier this September, we were delighted to host the staff and representatives from China’s LESSO Group Holdings Limited at the grand opening of their new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Corona, California. Honorable attendees included Manlun Zuo, CEO of China LESSO Group, and Glenn Frohring, president of equipment distributor of Absolute Haitian Corporation.
Guests included representatives, customers, sales reps, distributors and local dignitaries.
A Warm SoCal Welcome
This corporate event included a warm SoCal welcoming for our overseas guests, seminars, a traditional lion dance, a production area tour for prospective customers and a breath-taking cruise in Newport Beach.
It was our goal to deliver a high-quality presentation at LESSO America’s grand opening to help energize the PVC piping manufacturers as they kickoff their commitment to providing outstanding customer experience.
Managing the Event
For our team to be successful in making a memory come to life, it all begins with providing a solid event management solution. The day before the grand opening our team set up our equipment and decorations in the massive 140,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
Our team leads the management of the vendors and party rentals well beforehand so that all the banners, tables and chairs would be draped with the company’s colors and logos and arrived promptly.
A Grand Entrance
While the team set up, our event planners rechecked their plans for their registration attendants, confirmed with photographers, coordinated shuttle services from the hotel, and ensured parking validation. LESSO America’s guests arrived at a lovely grand entrance complete with a red carpet, step-n-repeat, and a signature wall for them to sign as they were welcomed. The signature wall from the event is sure to make a great decoration and reminder of the day and the people that made it all possible!
During the opening ceremony, our management team took complete care of every last detail to ensure things run smoothly for LESSO America. Once the attended guests registered, they were wowed with a traditional Asian lion dance. Talk about starting the festivities!
Honoring China
Immediately after, the crowd was granted a tour of the new production area where they got to see firsthand how the PVC piping industry coordinates their product lines and guests got to see and hold the finished product. From there the guests were introduced to the facility’s management team as well as meet with the guests of honor from China.
We went the extra mile to ensure that the guests were well fed at the delicious Asian-themed luncheon. The catering team made sure to serve professionally presented dishes that pleased everyone’s appetite. Our event management team was hard at work while guests were enjoying the last of the festivities ensuring that the shuttle service was in place for the VIP after party.
Ending with a Twilight Cruise
At the closing ceremony, invited personnel and Chinese representatives were whisked away to Newport Beach to indulge in a lively twilight cruise aboard the Icon Yacht of Balboa Island. Our guests were greeted by our amazing staff with dinner and cocktails. While they soaked in the calm airs of the sea, the DJ provided them with sensational tunes to celebrate by singing and dancing into the night.
At the end of it all our Chinese guests were delighted to have made the voyage and everyone was safely returned to their hotel near the LESSO America facility.

An event like this one seems like it naturally comes together when you have the right event planners taking the wheel. Our overseas guests were treated with kindness and led to their destinations promptly.
