We transformed a vast expanse of Long Beach’s premier El Dorado Park East into a sprawling, high-octane Western Rodeo festival grounds. Overcoming triple-digit summer temperatures with strategic hospitality planning, we delivered a seamless, high-energy day of interactive teambuilding, artisanal live-fire catering, and high-touch activations—anchored by an authentic mechanical bull that served as the ultimate viral photo-op.

Immersive Design & Atmosphere
The Frontier Frontier: The lush lawns of El Dorado Park in Los Angeles were built out into an authentic Western frontier town, featuring custom-fabricated saloon storefronts, rustic wooden directional posts, and decorative hay bale lounges.
The Welcome Standard: Guests were swept into the theme from the first interaction, receiving vibrant, custom-branded Western bandannas upon passing through the high-capacity registration gates.
Bespoke Body Art: A dedicated pavilion hosted multi-station caricature artists capturing stylized portraits alongside a trio of professional airbrush tattoo artists delivering rapid-fire temporary body transformations.
Food & Beverage
The Pitmaster’s Buffet: Heavy-timber dining stations under the shade of mature oak trees featured live-fire barbecue ribs, smoked chicken, charcoal-grilled burgers, and classic hot dogs with a full-service custom condiment bar.
Decadent Comfort Sides: Gourmet catering lines were continually replenished with premium house-made macaroni and cheese, sweet-and-savory baked beans, crisp garden salads, and fresh-baked rolls.
Culturally Curated Hydration: To counteract the 100-degree heat, high-capacity beverage stations served ice-cold lemonade, chilled apple cider, and traditional, freshly-made horchata alongside massive reserves of iced mountain water.
Entertainment & Activations
The Rodeo Ring: The heart of the lawn featured a premium mechanical bull attraction, drawing massive cheering crowds as guests and executives tested their stamina in a safe, adrenaline-fueled competitive arena.
High-Octane Amusements: A massive inflatable sports complex including a 15-foot Quarterback Toss, a high-stakes Hoop Shot, and a classic carnival dunk tank that doubled as an essential heat-relief activation.
Sync-or-Swim Teambuilding: Field hosts directed high-energy corporate teambuilding tournaments, including the fan-favorite Big Foot Race where teams strapped into massive wooden planks to sprint in perfect synchronization.
The Frontier Petting Zoo: A curated, interactive animal sanctuary housing over 10 friendly four-legged companions, including goats, rabbits, a miniature pony, and a crowd-pleasing, stylishly feathered duck.
Artisan Craft Pavilion: A fully supplied creative studio where families and children escaped the sun to decorate custom Western sun visors with themed stamps, non-toxic paints, and vibrant markers.
