Atmosphere & Design
The sheer scale of the California Science Center provided a visionary canvas.
We bathed the Endeavour Shuttle in deep, celestial blue lighting, creating a dramatic contrast against the shuttle’s thermal tiles.
To ground the brand within this monumental space, we projected a custom LA Specialty logo via a branded GOBO onto a prominent focal wall, ensuring the company’s identity was as much a star as the spacecraft itself.
Traditional Holiday Feast
Our culinary team designed a “Traditional American Holiday Buffet” that brought the warmth of the season to the high-tech venue.
Guests enjoyed sliced turkey with fresh giblet gravy, oven-roasted Virginia ham with a caramelized currant citrus glaze, and honey-glazed carrots with golden raisins.
The evening concluded at a gourmet Coffee and Dessert Station featuring apple cobbler bars and homemade holiday brownies.
Elegant Table Curation
To complement the grand surroundings, the table decor remained classic and sophisticated.
Dining tables were adorned with white linens and elegant holiday floral centerpieces.
In a touch of holiday spirit, these curated arrangements were made available for guests to take home at the end of the evening, extending the memory of the night beyond the pavilion walls.
Networking & Celebration
From the moment guests entered our streamlined check-in line, the focus was on seamless connection.
As the evening progressed, the energy shifted from networking to celebration.
The bar served hosted beer and wine alongside premium cocktails, while a professional DJ transformed the space beneath the shuttle into a high-energy dance floor.
