At every stop, the transition from a city hotel to the islands was instantaneous.

Guests were greeted by the rhythmic sounds of ukuleles and the striking presence of two traditional Fijian warriors.

These ambassadors didn’t just perform; they shared their heritage through song and dance, setting an authentic tone for the day’s education.

Strategic Educational Environment

We designed a “Schoolroom” setup across all venues—from the Hyatt Regency in Dallas to the Sheraton in Vancouver—ensuring every travel professional had the workspace needed to absorb destination insights.

A professional stage riser with a branded podium served as the focal point for keynote presentations on Fiji’s diverse traveler appeal.

A Taste of Fiji

Food is a cornerstone of the Bula spirit. We worked closely with executive chefs at each hotel to ensure a consistent, high-quality tropical menu:

The Dallas Breakfast: A morning kick-off designed to energize attendees before the sessions.

The Gateway Luncheons: Menus featured island-inspired flavors including Crispy Katsu Chicken, Grilled Salmon with lemon pepper, and Huli Huli Chicken.

Signature Sides: Roasted sweet potatoes, sesame teriyaki cabbage, and tropical stir-frys.

Sweet Finishes: Traditional Pineapple Upside Down cake and Coconut cake served as the perfect closing note to the networking sessions.

Activations & Incentives

To keep engagement high, the roadshow integrated an exciting “Grand Prize” element.
