Guest speakers and executives presented from a fabricated stage with three large screens for displaying content and two additional screens to focus on the presenter. The lobby was transformed with a branded hedge wall, F&B area, and registration desk where they could pick up their lanyards and agendas. For those who attended in-person, they enjoyed a staged performance from their own employee singing group, cocktail reception, and a mixer in the courtyard.
