Can I attend on a mobile device?
While you can use your mobile device it is strongly recommended to use a desktop for the best experience.
How do I naviagte through the virtual venue?
Your venue comes with a few options to navigate. All pages have a bottom menu you can navigate with. Just scroll to the bottom and select a link.
In the lobby you can select a circle to go to a room.
On the other rooms a button can be found at the top of the screen.
I need personalized help. How do I get it?
Fill out the form on the right and select your preferred contact method. A staff member will contact you.
How do I check my internet connection?
