Using Smart Technology in Planning

From the very start, our team uses smart technology to plan your event. Our corporate event planners have direct access to proprietary software that helps them organize and plan the logistics for your event. No more emailing documents back and forth, instead we create documents and provide you with access to a live link so you see changes in real time.

Our event designers use site mapping software and 3D rendering to help you see the vision. Engage in discussion in whatever method works best for your busy schedule with email, talk, text, video, in-person meetings, and even live chat with your event manager.

We fuse various methods for communication internally (including wireless headsets or walkies the day-of) with venues and vendor staff. This ensures everyone is able to quickly and effectively communicate with each other giving you a seamless event. For your guests, we provide an option for a custom designed event landing page(s) where your event details are provided. A help person is also assigned to provide communication for those with additional questions! RSVP services are included with every landing page.

NEOM’s “The Future of Water” conference and gala in San Francisco used over a 1,000 square feet of production and innovative design to be nominated for the prestigious national 10th annual BizBash EEA award!

For XOS’s product launch (also runner up for BizBash’s Best Product Launch in 2022) we incorporated VR technology that allowed guests to go inside of the closed all-electric engine for an interactive tour of the physical engine on display.

Using Smart Technology in Planning

We placed a massive LED screen in two parts and set them on a track designed to part just as the video’s virtual vault doors opened. Artistic production, clever AV and perfect timing created an award winning unveiling for Best in AV Design Winner for Weber Metals in Los Angeles.

For Mellanox’s 20th company anniversary, our team created a 3D holographic entrance from water vapors – giving guests a grand entrance in a unique and engaging way. These are just a few examples of how technology is used in our events.

Virtual Event Technology - Virtual Events Los Angeles

When covid turned the world virtual, our experience in technology is what lead Behr to turn to us. Their in-person sales conference needed the professional touch and innovative team to create the WOW experience their staff had come to love.

We provided the equipment, technology and training to turn their last minute speakers into polished presentations right at their own location. For those near our studios, we provided a covid-safe bubble to safely film against a green screen. Later, using XR technology, we build an entire stage and added production “special effects” to create an engaging virtual conference for their team.

An entire platform was custom made from the ground up to ensure their staff’s experience was unique, engaging and as innovative as they were. With gamification of networking elements, high-energy breakouts, and instant access to downloadable material – their conference was a success.
