XOS’ Electric Activation Event

Case Study

Ready to see what your next event could look like? In just two weeks, Event Solutions produced a product launch and brand activation event for XOS Trucks Fleet Week (and its partners).

This eco-friendly event was designed around sustainability to drive sales and increase brand awareness for investors in Los Angeles and beyond. The bar provided branded stainless steel cups, and the guests could also select their choice from the swag bar. Guests could also create custom-designed T-shirts with various designs representing XOS Trucks’ brand and image. Clever sayings such as “It’s Electric (Boogie Woogie Woogie!)” had investors laughing and wearing the swag for months after the event.

The event also featured a 3D holographic entrance, a genuine version of the brand-new engine (with XR technology to tour the inside workings), and a real-life software version to test. The staged presentations and two kabuki drops were live-streamed and filmed/edited for XOS Truck’s future marketing efforts.

NBA2K Activates Fun

Case Study

To kick off the wrap-up of the NBA2K game, Visual Concepts hosted an activation event with celebrity meet-n-greets, give-a-ways, and some live play action of their game on a massive screen.

This party had fun branding activations, such as a photo booth turned trading card maker, where guests could turn their action shoots into a trading card branded for the event. There was also a mystery tattoo station, where employees took a leap of faith in ink form.
