Let The Games Begin!


downloadThis summer we’re proud to offer our spectacular Olympic themed company picnic for your guests and co workers to enjoy. This particular theme has proved to be extremely successful with clients in the past. It is team building, highly interactive and offers fun for everyone. Company picnic planning in Southern California just got easier. With a wide range of themes to choose from, our event planners will introduce you to the exciting world of event themes designed to stimulate your guests by directly involving them in the activities. The Olympic theme is team building at its best with full participation from everyone. A special medal ceremony on stage with Olympic themed music compliments this theme and brings the day full circle. Our event designers use Olympic themed decorations and props including a score board showing what teams are winning with which medals. Let’s provide your employees with a company event they will talk about for the rest of the year. One that inspires them to achieve more, fosters pride in the company and renews their commitment. We’ll have separate registration stations on site set up at each entrance. Each station will include one banquet table with linen, 4 chairs, a 10 x 10 canopy, registration signage with name tags and wrist bands provided by Event Solutions. Two friendly attendants will be stationed at each station to sign in guests, fill out name tags, ribs on the grillhand out goody bags and have guests sign release forms. What about the food you ask? How about the premier cook-out menu? Served from multiple buffet lines to avoid crowding, this buffet features lemon, garlic and herb boneless chicken breasts, prime cut succulent tri tip an delicious veggie burgers on request for the vegetarians. There’s also our all beef hot dogs with a separate condiment station including ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, pickles, chopped onion, sliced onion, torn lettuce, sliced tomato and sauerkraut. Sides and salads you ask? How about corn cobbettes, a fresh seasonal fruit display, a mixed green salad with vinaigrette and ranch menu3dressing, fresh baked tolls and creamy butter? And that’s just the start. Ask our event coordinators about the many catering and menu choices available on the day. Always fresh, always cooked on site. Both your event captain and master of ceremonies carry a complete first aid kit at all times. Your event will be completely themed from start to finish. First aid supplies and sunscreen are available at registration. Opening ceremony will include music and a torch lighting ceremony. Teams will be competing in 4 events and will be scored on these 4 events only.

Four Events to Include:


(2) Soccer matches with (2) referees, 40 minutes of play.
(1) Volleyball match, (1) referee.
(1) Kickball competition, (1) referee.
(1) Large obstacle course, (1) referee. All participants will be timed.

Adrenaline Rush Obstacle Course


This unit features side by side obstacle courses with a double lane slide at the end. Unit dimensions are 42′ long by 26′ wide. Includes (2) attendants for safety and a generator.

Olympic Competition Booth


Game participants will be able to review competition results, individual time slots and game standings. Station to include a 10 x 10 canopy, table with linen, and 2 attendants.

Colorful Center Stage Area with Olympic Décor


Including Flags of the World and Olympic Rings, Professional Disc Jockey with State of the Art Sound System Your event will be staffed with a professional disc jockey to actively run a first-rate sound system, and play great party music. Our disc jockey works closely with our entertainment staff, to provide music  and sound affects to complement every activity throughout the day.  The result is high energy, exciting and unique entertainment!
