Over 800 employees from a national bank came together and needed our destination management company in Las Angeles to handle every detail, from the travel and hotel arrangements to the meeting itself. And because the meeting was for the company’s top officers, it had to stand out. Production had to be at its best. The venue needed to be transformed into an extension of the bank’s brand.

Shuttles and town cars transported the officers to and from the airport, hotel, and venue throughout the weekend. Cocktail hour in the hotel lobby greeted early comers while the rest of the officers arrived. The following day, the meeting would take place with a fabricated stage, massive screens, and a courtyard mixer to refuel them before the breakout sessions. All the while, the event was live-streamed for those who could not attend in person.
